Brussels Gay Pride

Brussels annual Gay Pride event is normally the first in Europe. Attended by around 100,000 from neighbouring cities or Amsterdam, Cologne and Paris as well as some international tourists.

The parade take place in the city centre and is followed by a party in St Catherine Square close to the Bourse  as well as many hang out after the parade on Rue du Marché au Charbon where many of the most popular gay bars are located.

Sao Paulo Gay Pride

São Paulo LGBTQ Pride Parade is an annual gay pride parade that has taken place in Avenida Paulista, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, since 1997. It is South America’s largest Pride parade, and is listed by Guinness World Records as the biggest pride parade in the world

The event has seen up to 3 million attendees in past years and has a fun party atmosphere with Brazilians and gringos. Something everybody in LGBTQ community should attend once.

Rome Gay Pride

Rome, hosts a popular Pride celebration – in early June. The parade takes place that Saturday drawing thousands of spectators and participants. The pride parade starts at Piazza della Repubblica and ends to Piazza Venezia passing by world famous landmarks including the Colosseum.

After the parade most people hang out in the gay neighbourhood close to the Colosseum.

This 3 day event turns Rome pink. The Italian culture and expressive nation make the event fund to attend. As the Italian capital many people use the pride event as an opportunity to explore Rome's tourist attractions whilst enjoy the great food and Italian hospitality.

New York Gay Pride

Commemorating NYC Pride is one of the biggest pride events in the world. The Parade passes through the centre of NY with numerous floats and many other cities promoting local gay pride events from other cities on the parade to the huge number of attendees.

A weekend when NY turns pink and attracts tourists from NY, American cities and around the world.

As the parade is typically on the Sunday the city get busy with majority arriving on Thursday and departing on Monday.  Combining the LGBTQ event with visiting NY tourist attractions or do some great shopping whist enjoying the hospitality of the city is typical way to spend a 4/5 trip.

Munich Gay Pride (CSD)
Germany → Munich26.06 - 28.06.2026

Munich Gay Pride is Bavaria’s largest LGBTQ event with approximately 200,000 attendees. The event has been held since 1980 and grown in popularity. The main parade takes place on the Saturday afternoon with the Munich trams being decorated as well.

After the parade there is a street festival in Marienplatz which is Munich’s historic central square. In this square there a stage with local and international entertainers. In the evening the neo-gothic Munich City Hall is used as a large party location for the LGBTQ community which is unique for a city hall to be used for this type of party. Typically the mayor of Munich support the gay parade and why city hosts the party at the city hall.

Paris LGBTQ Pride
France → Paris26.06 - 28.06.2026

The Paris Gay Pride has been renamed as a LGBTQ event and is attended by more than 700,000 spectators and participants. The parade  begins on Saturday, at around 2 pm, departing at the Luxembourg Metro and finished at Place de la Republique, where there’s a Pride party from 4 pm until 9 pm.

A number of circuit parties and events takes place across Paris and mainly in the gay district of Le Marais throughout the week leading up to Paris Gay Pride.

The main event is the pride parade held on the Saturday of the pride weekend but Paris fills up from Thursday with many people leaving on the Monday. Combining the LGBTQ parade with visiting the Paris tourist attractions and shopping whilst dinning on the great food is an excellent way to make the post of your trip.

With over 200 parade contingents and exhibitors, and more than twenty community-run stages and venues, the San Francisco Pride Celebration and Parade is the largest gathering of the LGBTQ community and allies in the nation. Celebrations begin on a Saturday in Civic Center Plaza in downtown San Francisco the last full weekend of June each year.

The Parade, which takes place the Sunday morning of the event, kicks off from Beale Street along Market and ends at Market and 8th St. in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

Madrid Gay Pride

One of Europe's largest gay pride event with the parade taking 7 hours to pass through the centre of Madrid. Estimated attendance each year is around 2 million people and the city is packed for 4 days with many arriving on Thursday when Madrid starts to fill up. Typically the city is sold out so you should book accommodation in advance. The Parade is on Saturday evening from 17.30 until 00.30. 

An event which is fun to attend and the city is pack with LGBTQ community creating a party atmosphere. Enjoy the generally warm weather and party with the Madrileño's (Madrid Locals)

Cologne Gay Pride (CSD)

Gay Pride Festival taking place in Cologne’s charming Old City district and kicks off at 6pm on Friday with a Street Festival. Cologne is Germany’s 4th largest city in Germany After the official opening there are stages in Heumarkt with DJs and different shows. The surrounding streets and square has a market with different types of stands.

The official parade is on Sunday afternoon from Deutzer Brücke to Komödienstraße wuth around 120 different floats.

Barcelona Pride

Barcelona hosts every summer, since 2008, the main LGBTI pride celebration. Pride Barcelona runs for a week of different events ending with a parade and party at Plaza Espanya. Move from June to September for 2021.

Typically, more than 250,000 people come every year, making it one of the most popular Prides in Europe. Book your accommodation in advance as the city gets sold out in advance.
